Welcome to SAPience. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SAPience services, website, or participating in events, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all members, partners, website users, and visitors. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Membership Commitments

Participation Commitment
By registering or submitting forms, members commit to participating in SAPience events. An initial invoice for the deposit will be sent.

Payment Terms

Members must pay all invoices within 30 days to the bank account indicated.

Late payments incur an annual interest of 12%, with additional fees (minimum €75, maximum €2,000).

Members remain liable for full payment even in case of cancellations unless otherwise agreed.

Automatic Renewal
Memberships are valid from January to December. Memberships automatically extend for one additional year unless written notice is provided at least one month before the end date.

Communication Consent
By registering, members consent to receive SAPience communications including newsletters, event updates, and Master Class information.
3. Partnerships

Partnership Agreements
SAPience may collaborate with partners on events, projects, or services. Each partnership is governed by a written agreement specifying responsibilities, obligations, and benefits.

Responsibilities of Partners
Partners must comply with applicable laws, SAPience policies, and instructions in the partnership agreement.

Financial Terms
Financial commitments, invoicing, and payments are defined in the partnership invoice. Membership rules do not automatically apply to partners unless specified.

Event Participation & Liability
Partners participate according to the agreement. SAPience is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from partnership activities unless explicitly stated.

Termination
SAPience may terminate partnerships for breaches, misuse, or violations of these Terms, AUP, or applicable law.
4. Dispute Resolution

Invoice disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt.

Belgian law governs all agreements. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Brussels courts.

SAPience liability is limited to replacement or credit of invoiced amounts. Compensation claims are excluded.
5. Event Organization

Events are organized only when sufficient sponsorship is secured.

SAPience may cancel, postpone, or modify events, including due to force majeure.

Members and partners are entitled only to repayment of deposits and invoiced amounts; no additional compensation is available.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Users of SAPience services and website must:

Respect intellectual property rights

Refrain from offensive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior (including forums)
SAPience may suspend or terminate accounts and take legal action if necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content—including logos, texts, images, and partner content—is owned by SAPience or explicitly attributed to partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Links
SAPience may provide links to third-party websites. SAPience does not endorse or guarantee content, accuracy, or quality. Users access external sites at their own risk.
9. Privacy & Cookies
SAPience collects personal data via registration forms, contact forms, account creation, and newsletter subscriptions. Data is processed only for service provision, communication, and personalization.

10. Liability

These Terms and website use are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Brussels courts.
